Tristate Trails-Meditation Ride:Little Miami Scenic Trail,

25-35 miles (depending on route options); flat paved trail north to S.R.126 or Miami Riverview Park and return with following options: 2-mile loop on Terrace Park residential streets; 8-mile roundtrip to LMST south terminus at Beechmont; meditate over post-ride beer at 50 West.
While we will ride in meditative silence, there will be conversation/rest breaks along the way.
