The women‘s group ride is designed in a casual environment as an introduction to cycling to achieve your goals in a comfortable 15 mile or less group ride. The ride will take advantage of the Little Miami Trail along with some quite roads that run adjacent to the trail. Group ride safety tips will be introduced at the beginning of each ride. The pace is an average of 8 to 11 mph but not to exceed 13 mph. Ride start is the parking lot of Avoca Trailhead, then travel on the Little Miami Trail to the streets of Terrace Park, back on the trail until we reach Kugler Mill Fields. Any bike is welcome, but helmets are required. Plan for up to 10-minute cycling intro and a 1 hour and 15 minute ride for 13.2 miles. Temperatures under 60 degrees or rain will cancel the ride.
There will be up to 10 more sessions over the summer on Monday nights.
