Touring Group weekly ride
About this event
Thursday 6/13 ride will start at Lunken Airport parking across from the airport terminal.
We will take a short ride to an Avoca Park shelter house and prepare some touring meals.
You could also meet us at the Avoca Park trailhead around 7.
Since we didn't cook last month, we are doing the same recipes again.
#1 - Touring Cioppini - yes we will be having Italian seafood soup for a starter.
I purchased all of the ingredients at Dollar Tree and will be pulling this together as a quick soup.
#2 - Touring Spaghetti - Why not add spaghetti to the menu, the key is to make this in a single pot/jet boil.
I purchased the main ingredients at a Dollar General for a simple and quick one pot meal.
#3 - Touring fruit crumble - This can be either a dessert or breakfast and we will have this as dessert.
I will have 2 cook systems and prep tools, if you want to test your system bring it and we can use them for one of the items.
I will also have some small plates and utensils but if you can bring your own that is great.
