About this event
It's June. The time is right for a ride to Putz's. We will take the usual route up Center Hill. Your ride leader may be the slow one in the group. BRING SOME CASH, Putz's is cash only. They do not take plastic.
This is a single speed group ride, we do not break up into sub-groups.. We always wait at logical intersections for riders to regroup. It’s a no drop ride.
A CCC Ride Waiver needs to be signed.
It will may be getting dark before the end of the ride so headlights and tail lights are highly recommended. Helmets are required.
If you ride ahead of the group then you’re on your own.
We leave promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive early. We will always do our best to observe all established traffic regulations and ride safely. Average speeds will vary between 14-16 MPH. Expect flat road speeds to exceed 20+ at times. We regroup at strategic spots as needed. Potential wet weather or wet roads will cancel the ride. Parking in the church lot is permitted.
