A three hour tour! One stop in Butler at mile 37ish. Expect 16-17mph average, 20+ in paceline on flats. Come outside and enjoy the view! After a long break due to the weather we are riding again this week. The temps will be mid 40’s during ride time.

Headlights and taillights required. This week is counter clockwise, Norwood first. This week may be a bit slower than usual since most of us haven’t ridden in a while.

The Madville Winter Night Ride continues all winter - weather permitting. Layer up your winter gear for the cooler weather. If you haven’t ridden with us in a while, now is a good time to start.

We leave promptly at 6:30pm from St. Margaret/St. John Church parking lot. 6000 Murray Road at Simpson Aveune 45227. Please arrive early. We will do our best to observe all established traffic regulations and ride safely. Average speeds will vary between 14-16 MPH. Expect flat road speeds to exceed 20+ at times. We regroup at strategic spots as needed. Potential wet weather or wet roads will cancel the ride. Parking in the church lot is permitted.

Long steady distance ride thru the hills and valleys of Owen and Gallatin counties. Two routes planned both leaving from Railroad St. in Glencoe at 11a.m. Jim Katemkamp will lead the 47 mile route and Billy Anderson will lead the 57 mile route. Bothe rides all average 16-17 mph, with 20+ mph on flats in a pace line. Weather on Thursday look bad, but fear not. We are moving the ride this week to Wednesday 5 PM start (sharp!) from NKCES parking lot. Please have a FRONT and REAR light as we will likely return after dark. The route is not very hilly (+1,751 ft) and 29.6 miles (feel free to ride circles in the parking lot to get to 30 miles!) Average about 17-18 mph, with 20+ in paceline on the flats. No Drop Ride with regrouping points. Many of us will be going to Barleycorn‘s afterwards for food and drinks, join us! Ride the beautiful rolling hills outside of Glencoe, KY. This might be my favorite route in this area as it incorporates Goose Creek, Bucks Run and Big Twin Creek Roads. Advanced ride 17mph+ avg.
