Ride: Sunday Special
Rating: Intermediate (C-group pace)
Location: Little Miami Bike Trail, 426 Zoar Rd, South Lebanon, OH 45065
Time: 8:30 AM (will adjust seasonally)

Description: This is intended to be a hilly 50+ miles Sunday morning weekly ride. Pace wise, this should be an equivalent to a rated C-group per CCC/TNN standards. This might sound like a slower pace ride but it will probably require some experience and endurance to do due to the amount of mileage and elevation gain. If you are going to join this ride then please respect the ride scripts as posted.
Speed: Keep the pace on flat roads around 18-20 mph whenever possible. You will probably on your own if you want to go faster than as indicated. Anything goes within your ability for a climb or a descend. Of course, there will always be some exceptions like if we have a strong tailwind on a flat road where we could push the pace a little faster.

Safety: Everyone must wear a helmet in order to be part of this ride. We must come to a full stop at each stop sign and red light. There will be a pace-line so everyone is expected to be able to draft safely and responsibly. Please do not overlap your front wheel with the rear wheel of the rider in front of you. Always let others in the group know your intended actions such as slowing down, passing, on your left or right, etc.
Notes: We will re-group frequently so no one will get dropped off the group for long if that happens. Should there be a problem (mechanical or whatever), no one will be left behind without a PLAN.
