We are very excited for the 2020 Cincinnati Cycle Club Annual Banquet and Season Celebration will be held at Rhinegeist Brewery. The clubhouse banquet room is simply beautiful and has a fantastic layout for our event. This year we are also featuring live music by Jim Kennedy!
There will be display and information tables from OBF, OKI, Tri State Trails, and several charities, and tables with CCC and charity items for sale. There will be an awesome cash bar with ten of Rhinegeist's best beer and ciders on tap! Yum!
Election of Officers will take place and there will be brief presentations from the CCC president on all the changes we made in 2019 and the new enhancements for 2020.
Did I mention Gomez Salsa is catering a super yummy dinner for us? There are options for everyone whether vegan or carnivore. Plus who can resist a yummy cold Rhinegeist draft brew or cider?
After the presentations there will be ample time to mingle with your fellow cycle club members and get to see everyone in a great environment. There will also be some special prize drawings, more time to visit the vendor display tables, and challenge some club members to a game of cornhole.
Everyone who earned VIP points for volunteering will be able to pick up their VIP award items as well.
Tentative Event Schedule
5:00 pm - 6:00 Arrival, Check In, Mingle, Vendor display tables, and live music.
6:00 pm - 6:45 pm Dinner by Gomez Salsa and live music
6:45 pm - 7:30 pm Election of Officers, Club and Guest Speaker Presentations
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm Live Music, Corn Hole, Dessert, Vendor Tables, Special Raffles and Giveaways.
Election of Officers at the Annual Banquet:
The election of CCC Officers for terms for January 20, 2020 to January, 18, 2021 will be held.
Any current club member, who is interested in running for a position of CCC Officer or other position, is invited to submit their name, which office they are interested in, along with their reasons and skills for that office to the CCC Secretary by Monday, December 16th.
