Biowheels Tour De Indian Hill(S)

This weekly ride offers a chance for "recovery" after weekend activities, though riders in the faster speed groups might not agree with that description :-). There will likely be 1-2 routes used throughout the summer with the link updated accordingly. All routes will be approximately 25 miles with roughly 1200-1500 feet of climbing.

There will be (4) speed groups offered this year. All but the last group will be drop, with the last group sweeping.
A--target average 19+, speed on flats 20-24, pacelining
B--target average 17-18, speed on flats 18-20, some drafting/pacelining
C--target average 16, speed on flats 17-18
D--no drop, target average 15-16, speed on flats 16-ish. While this is no drop, riders unable to hold target pace maintained by the group may be asked to return to the shop or continue solo.

All riders must wear helmets. Riding on aerobars is prohibited. Riders are expected to follow all road laws and any instructions by the speed group leader.
