NOTICE of ANNUAL MEETING

Notice of Cincinnati Cycle Club Annual Meeting

Date: Saturday, January, 16th

Time: 2pm - 3pm

Where: GotoMeeting (URL to be provided as the meeting draws near)

This year due to COVID-19 and in lieu of our normal annual banquet and season celebration will be holding the Annual Meeting and Voting via GotoMeeting. Our annual meeting is an essential requirement of our club bylaws. This will be a live online event where we will have a brief presentation of the club financials and accomplishments and then we will hold the voting via online survey.Our new GotoMeeting club account can accommodate up to 250 people at once.

Please review the below club board , cluster, and director positions. If you would like to run for any position please emailPresident@CincinnatiCycleCub.orgby January 2, 2021.We definitely need some help in marketing especially for our signature rides the Licking Valley Century and Great Pumpkin Roll Ride.

Since we are not having the live in person Annual Banquet and Season Celebration where we can all gather and talk and celebrate, we are going to plan a bigger spring/summer ride & picnic or Social Event.If you would like to help us plan such an event please email volunteers@cincinnaticycleclub.org

Please save the date and plan to logon and vote on January 16th.
